Bacchanal Buffet at Caesars stays on top — over 250 dishes, king crab, and legitimately good dim sum. Weekend dinner is $89 but the food quality justifies it. Wicked Spoon at Cosmopolitan is second on presentation (small-plate style, no fighting for tongs) at $65. Wynn's buffet is the quiet luxury pick at $75, with the best pastry section on the Strip. Skip during peak hours — arrive at opening or 90 minutes before close.
The mid-tier and the misses
The Buffet at Bellagio ($55 lunch, $75 dinner) is fine but not memorable — it's coasting. Circus Circus's buffet is the cheapest at $32 and it shows. Off-Strip, Feast Buffet at Palace Station and Red Rock's Feast are the local-casino picks at $28 to $42, and the quality is startlingly decent. Skip: the Mirage's buffet closed, Excalibur's is forgettable, and Golden Nugget downtown is a big drop from its 2019 self.

Can you still get all-day buffet passes?
Caesars Rewards used to sell a 24-hour buffet pass covering all Caesars properties for $65 — it hasn’t returned post-pandemic. Currently, each buffet is a single-visit ticket only.
Do buffets take walk-ins?
Bacchanal and Wynn strongly recommend reservations on OpenTable, especially weekends. Off-Strip locals buffets are walk-in only.
